I always view a CRM as more of an asset than a liability, but the business has to make sure that it can be used to its fullest advantage. One instance, usually, those who are into tracking leads commit one of the biggest blunders, which is to actually not track at all. It should not be just a database but a sales tool.

As manager of a small business, I haven’t had that much cash to splash on software, so when I heard of the reasonable price available from EnterpriseWizard I jumped at the chance. I’d previously had a bad experience with one other software provider, but this tie around it’s the perfect fit, and has made our small sales team extremely efficient closers.
